    *He talked about the languages and told to choose the one which we are familiar with.

    Two big reasons for failure of a company.
    1. run out of funding
    2. pre mature scaling

    We can cheat valley of death by keeping the rate really low or rising funding. Things can go in 5 dimensions:
    1. customer- spending too much on customer acquisition
    2. product- adding lot of “nice to have” features
    3. team- hiring too many people
    4. raising too much money
    5. failing to find a business model where cost of product is lower than the expense.

    I think this is the best time to build the product, "To book a flight, cab, and hotels in a single click" because currently, we have to search a lot and look at different applications to do so. This will reduce the irritation of searching.
